4. THIS PAD IS NOT TO BE USED ON OR BY AN INVALID, SLEEPING OR UNCONSCIOUS PERSON, OR A PERSON WITH POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION UNLESS CAREFULLY ATTENDED. g or h
5. DO NOT USE ON AREAS OF INSENSITIVE SKIN. g or h
6. BURNS CAN OCCUR REGARDLESS OF CONTROL SETTING, CHECK SKIN UNDER PAD FREQUENTLY. g or h
7. NEVER USE PAD WITHOUT COVER IN PLACE g or h (hospital pads if provided with cover and all household pads).
8. DO NOT USE IN AN OXYGEN ATMOSPHERE h (applies to hospital pads).

11. NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD. h
12. DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE. h
13. CAREFULLY EXAMINE INNER COVER BEFORE EACH USE. DISCARD THE PAD IF INNER COVERING SHOWS ANY SIGN OF DETERIORATION. g or h
14. LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING, TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL PARTS. h
